Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF guides and digital materials from Italian Learning Lounge are final. Once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or the link has been provided to you, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, please note that for digital content, this right of withdrawal expires once the performance has begun (e.g., when you click the download link or the file is delivered to your email) with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your digital file upon receipt. If you find that the file is corrupted, contains errors, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@italianlearninglounge.com. We will evaluate the issue and ensure you receive the correct, high-quality version of your purchase.

Exchanges
Since digital products cannot be "returned," we do not offer exchanges. If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, please contact us before downloading it, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds
In the rare event that a refund is approved (for example, in case of a double purchase by mistake), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
