OVERVIEW This website is operated by Italian Learning Lounge. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Italian Learning Lounge. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ACCESS By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are digital downloads (PDFs). Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive access to the file via a download link or email. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a correct and working email address.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IMPORTANT) All content included in our products and on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, and PDF guides) is the property of Italian Learning Lounge and is protected by international copyright laws.

• Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own personal education.

SECTION 4 - NO SHIPPING POLICY As Italian Learning Lounge currently offers only digital products, no physical shipping is required. There are no shipping costs, and Section 5 (Shipping and Delivery) of standard physical goods terms does not apply to our digital services. Delivery is considered complete once the digital file is sent or made available for download.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that all sales of digital products are final. Please review our Refund Policy [LINK] carefully before making a purchase.

SECTION 6 - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or promotions.
